- Wine growing: Old vines, non-irrigated.
Between 10 and 35 years old, different vineyards between 700m und 900m in altitude, extremely stony, limestone, continental climate. A cooler vintage with long and slow ripening period.
Vinification: Harvest in small boxes and manual selection, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and in open oak barrels, Malolactic fermentation in barrels, bottled without filtration.
